-- Pool heating is optional at $100 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.
-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.
-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.
-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.
