THE SPACE
Soft coastal light filters through the windows of this top-floor retreat, shaped by airy colors and thoughtful touches. Just steps from the shoreline and moments from Worth Avenue, the residence places you in the heart of Palm Beach while giving you a quiet place to unwind between beach walks, boutique browsing, and slow mornings over coffee. Set directly across from The Colony Hotel, it offers walkable access to some of the area's most iconic spots.
SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS
Two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, comfortably sleep four adults. The primary suite features a king bed with calm coastal accents; the guest bedroom offers a queen. High-end linens, room-darkening shades, and ample clothing storage set a restful tone. For families needing a fifth space, we provide an air mattress — best suited to a young child or teen rather than an additional adult. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
INTERIOR SPACES
Serena & Lily–designed interiors create a bright, welcoming setting to relax in after a day out. The sun-filled living room offers plush seating, and the dining space for four sits beside a breakfast bar with seating for four more. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door support both downtime and productivity, and portable pocket WiFi keeps you connected while you're out exploring. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the home comfortable throughout your stay.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, with a dining table and breakfast bar for casual gatherings. Coffee lovers are covered with both a Starbucks setup and a Nespresso machine, and a mixology bar adds a fun touch for unhurried evenings. Complimentary sodas and a welcome bottle of wine greet you on arrival.
BATHROOMS
Both ensuite bathrooms feature glass-enclosed showers, plush towels, and quality bath essentials. A private outdoor shower offers an easy rinse after time by the water.
