Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. Service pets are accepted free of charge. Service pets are defined by the ADA as being required for the wellbeing of the owner. They do not bark, they must be with their owner at all times and they provide a medically required service. Emotional support animals are not service pets.

Great location! So close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Take a walk out the front door and look to your right...you will see the beautiful sunrise right over the ocean! Perfect place to bring our 5 month old child. She had supplied a crib and high-chair which were helpful for us because we had traveled by plane so it was nice that we didn't have to bring those items with us. Make sure to grab lunch at Swifty's at The Colony. Great place to grab a bite!
