The space
Sunlight pours through the private pool oasis as you step onto the tiled deck, the gentle hum of air‑hockey and darts drifting from the cool game room. A short stroll brings you to Flagler Drive, where the ocean’s rhythm meets the palm‑lined promenade. Inside, the tastefully decorated living spaces invite you to unwind, while the scent of fresh coffee from the Starbucks espresso bar greets each morning.
Sleeping arrangements
The master suite features a Luxury King Bed, Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom. Two guest suites each offer a Luxury Queen Bed, pool views and Smart TVs. Additional sleeping options include a comfortable couch, an air mattress, and a crib, allowing the home to sleep six comfortably, up to eight guests maximum.
Outdoor living
Your private pool is heated on request for $100 per night, with a recommended heating period from October 15th to May 31st. A poolside lounge area provides space for sunbathing, while the landscaped garden adds a tropical backdrop for evening gatherings.
Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen serves up to eight guests and includes Starbucks drip coffee, espresso coffee, an Insta‑Pot, blender and mixology bar. Formal dining seats six, a casual dining area seats five, and a kitchen bar accommodates three. Kids plates are provided for family meals.
Game room
Air‑conditioned and equipped with air hockey, shuffleboard, darts, board games and a Smart TV, the game room offers endless entertainment for all ages.
Neighborhood
Within walking distance you’ll find Oceanfront Park on Flagler Drive, Howley’s Diner, and Dixie Grill and Brewery. A ten‑minute drive reaches Municipal Beach on Palm Beach Island, Worth Avenue shopping, and downtown West Palm Beach. The Royal Poinciana Plaza, Esplanade Shopping and City Place are also just ten minutes away.
Concierge services
Kelly and Ali are available to arrange excursions, in‑home dining, family photo shoots, transportation, spa services, private chef experiences, pre‑stocked fridge items and babysitting. Local recommendations are provided before arrival.
Pet policy
The retreat is kid‑ and dog‑friendly. Dogs under 20 lb (maximum two) are welcome with a $250 fee per pet and written approval; service animals are exempt. Cats are not permitted due to guest allergies.
House rules
No smoking or vaping indoors, no parties with outside guests, quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, and respect for neighbors. An optional third‑party concierge service is available but not affiliated with the property owner.
