-- Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.
-- Service animals, providing essential support to their owners, are exempt from this policy. They must be with their owners at all times, and emotional support animals do not qualify.
-- Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to severe guest allergies.

-- Guests receive a unique security code for keyless entry upon arrival, ensuring convenient access for all members of the party.
-- Simple check-out instructions are provided upon arrival, and a rental contract is emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
-- A credit card and matching photo ID are required upon check-in for identity verification and to cover any incidentals, as we do not charge a security deposit.
-- Guests booking through third-party websites must submit a copy of their photo ID, email address, and credit card after booking. Minimum age for booking is 21, and pets require advance permission and applicable fees.
Additional Information:
-- Outdoor security cameras are in place for liability purposes.
-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.
-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.
-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.
-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.
-- Events with non-house guests are not permitted.

This is a great property to stay! It is well equipped and it has tons of space for big groups or in our case three families with kids! It’s very well located and Rebekah is very friendly and helpful! The only thing would be that all the days we were there, it was a vacuum kind of thing in the pool which made swimming and playing hard, even annoying specially for the kids. We would definitely book this place when we come back to Phoenix.Show more I recently stayed at this property and was impressed by the wealth of amenities and the overall setup. The house was exceptionally well-equipped, featuring everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the outdoor space: a spacious backyard with a stunning pool that provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. There were plenty of options for outdoor activities, making it perfect for hosting gatherings or simply enjoying a sunny day.
However, there were a few areas where the property could use some attention. The need for maintenance was evident in a few spots. With warping floors, doors falling off hinges and sinks that would not drain without removing stopper. Mostly items that can be easily resolved.
Another point worth mentioning is the privacy issue concerning the backyard. While the outdoor area was wonderful, the presence of a security camera in the yard was a bit intrusive. It somewhat compromised the sense of privacy.Show more
