-- Outdoor security cameras are in place for liability purposes.
-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.
-- Pool heating must be booked for the entire stay and cannot be turned on and off daily.
-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.
-- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and vaping is prohibited inside the house.
-- Events with non-house guests are not permitted.

This is a great place for a family and we loved all the amenities! Plenty of space, bathrooms, and lots of TVs and lots to do in the backyard! Clean, clear instructions and very nice! The only thing it says heated pool in the listing, but read the fine print as it is an additional $125.00 per night you stay to heat the pool! We did indeed pay the extra to heat the pool, but I did not notice the fine print when I booked it. However, with that said, I would totally stay there again! It was really nice and comfortable and they communicate well and quickly answer when I reached out with any questions!Show more Would 100% stay again! The instructions for check-in and check-out were extremely easy to follow and light lift. The house was spotless when we checked in and well equipped - especially if you are traveling with kids! Cute decorations, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and there were fun activities for our kids.
The thing that really stood out though was the great communication from Summer and the team. They were so quick to respond to all of our questions and incredibly accommodating when a few members of our group came down with a bug and we needed to repeatedly extend our stay. They made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to manage.
