The designer desert modern paradise has an open floor plan which allows for plenty of space to relax and unwind, while the gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream come true. With top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of counter space, you'll have everything you need for an incredible meal.
Head outside this incredible estate to the backyard oasis. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, relax in the hot tub, enjoy a barbecue on the patio, or play some mini golf - all with spectacular panoramic views of Camelback Mountain and the Praying Monk. With plenty of seating and plenty of shade, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.
When it's time to retire for the night, retreat to one of the luxurious bedrooms. Each room is tastefully decorated with amazing amenities.

Pet Policy: We allow up to 2 dogs max. Sorry, no cats. Must be less than 25 lbs each and a $250 fee per dog is required upfront.
Heated Pool: Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice for added pool heat. Pool heat is an additional $125 per night of your stay. See below for more details.
The Space
The entire home is available during your stay, including the garage. There is a step into the home and a few throughout the home as well. The garage doesn't have a garage door opener, but does have a code to enter and a button to open inside the garage. This home is located on the side of a mountain, so you may see wildlife during your stay. Please keep trash in the garage to avoid critters getting into it.

Other things to note
You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $5,000 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy Stay: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!
The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages
No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
Please note... If you want the pool to be heated to 84 degrees, it will be an extra $75 per night booked.
Setting the temp above 90 degrees will damage the pool equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine. This will need to be requested at least 48 hours advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.
No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.

We recently stayed at Rebekah's Airbnb for a bachelorette party, and I can confidently say it was the perfect choice!
The space was absolutely stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area was a fantastic bonus, we had camelback mountain as our background view and beautiful cactus all around that made our pictures fit the whole Arizona theme.
On top of that Rebekah and Summer were incredible hosts. They were super responsive to all of our questions and provided us with a detailed guide to local attractions, restaurants, and activities that made planning our weekend a breeze.

I celebrated my bday at Rebekah’s home with a group of girlfriends and we absolutely loved it. Looked just like the pictures and was such a beautiful setting for our reunion/celebration. The home is located in a really nice area and it was close to a lot of restaurants and Old Town. The background was soooo nice. We swam in the pool, played golf, and my friend even led a yoga session with us. Overall, we loved our stay and I’d love to visit again!Show more
