The Space
Choose between 4 luxurious bedrooms and a private living room space for sleeping. Drop your items off and go straight to the incredible backyard! Swim in the gorgeous pool. Grill for your group and have dinner outside under the covered patio. Layout on one of the chaise lounges to get your perfect tan. You won't even want to go back inside! (The pool can be heated during the cooler months at an additional charge to cover the natural gas cost per day). If you would like it heated, please see details below. Please be aware there are no stairs in this home, but there are multiple steps. As the living room is sunk-in and the kitchen has steps in and out of it.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
Guest must provide CC and ID that match for the reservation.
You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Not all booking sites share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed without permission in advance and applicable fees.
Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed, under 20lbs each with a maximum of two. Approval in writing and $250 fee per pet is required. Bringing a pet onto the property without approval is terms for removal without refund and up to $1,500 in fines. The fees help cover our costs for steam cleaning between stays. We do our best to remove allergens for future guests.
Service Animals are exempt from this policy. Service Animals are animals which provide a service to their owners, for example seeing eye dogs. These pets are identified as needing to be with their owners at all times, as the service they provide is necessary for the healthcare of their owners. They are never left alone and do not bark. Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals. Unfortunately, cats are not welcome under any circumstances, as many guests have severe allergies.
Security: Please note, there is a camera out-front pointed towards the front yard and one in the back-yard pointed toward the pool for liability purposes.
Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef's, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.

--- By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.
--- In addition it is also imperative that any third-parties providing services at our home provide their certificates of insurance.
Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.

Upon booking you are covered by $5,000 of damages insurance and up to $1M in liability damages.
Your payment includes a $99 charge for this service. If you prefer not to be covered by Safely, you can opt out and provide a $1,500 refundable deposit instead.
Upon booking you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation. No more than 13 people are allowed in the house.

Absolutely gorgeous home with so many unique features! We loved having the separate units to give everyone privacy. It felt like we were at our own private resort! The location was perfect! Close to restaurants, shopping, spas, and hiking, but there were also so many activities to do at the house! It was a true paradise and we were able to totally disconnect and relax! The house was great. The bedrooms are quite separated … which allowed for privacy. Yet plenty of common areas which were great for handing out all together.
Documentation at the house was great and answered many questions about how things worked. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had additional questions.
