Pet Policy:
-- Dogs under 20lbs each are allowed, with a maximum of two per stay.
-- Written approval and a $250 fee per pet are required.
-- Unauthorized pets may result in removal without refund and fines up to $1,500.
-- Service animals, providing essential support to their owners, are exempt from this policy. They must be with their owners at all times, and emotional support animals do not qualify.
-- Unfortunately, cats are not permitted due to severe guest allergies.
Check-in and Check-out:
-- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
-- Guests receive a unique security code for keyless entry upon arrival, ensuring convenient access for all members of the party.

-- Pool heating is optional at $125 per night and recommended from October 15th to April 31st for comfortable swimming. Three days' advance notice is required.

-- Police intervention for any complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
-- Pets must be approved in advance, limited to two small dogs.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! The backyard was great with a ping pong table, pool, jacuzzi and other games.
The home was well maintained and stocked! The service was excellent! They were responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back! This is a great place for a family and we loved all the amenities! Plenty of space, bathrooms, and lots of TVs and lots to do in the backyard! Clean, clear instructions and very nice! The only thing it says heated pool in the listing, but read the fine print as it is an additional $125.00 per night you stay to heat the pool! We did indeed pay the extra to heat the pool, but I did not notice the fine print when I booked it. However, with that said, I would totally stay there again! It was really nice and comfortable and they communicate well and quickly answer when I reached out with any questions! Would 100% stay again! The instructions for check-in and check-out were extremely easy to follow and light lift. The house was spotless when we checked in and well equipped - especially if you are traveling with kids! Cute decorations, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, and there were fun activities for our kids.
The thing that really stood out though was the great communication from Summer and the team. They were so quick to respond to all of our questions and incredibly accommodating when a few members of our group came down with a bug and we needed to repeatedly extend our stay. They made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to manage. Thank you all so much for your patience and understanding - we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again!
